Le Volte Restaurant is handled by two chefs Filippo Baldassarri e Nicola Finamore. The kitchen they offer is always attentive to quality and origin of the products. Their philosophy is based on the enhancement of seasonal local products with a creative approach.
You can always find on the menu the well know Emilian dishes made with the traditional rolling pin such as Lasagne with Bolognese ragout, tagliatelle, tortelloni and tortellini. Moreover you can choose vegetarian or vegan dishes.
Le Volte Restaurant is recovered from the ancient cellars of Villa Loup. Its indoor halls together with its stunning veranda overlooking the Bolognese hills are the perfect place for corporate dinners, weddings receptions or whatever occasion to party with friends, relatives or colleagues.
